Ingredients

12 skewers
  1. 6numbers chicken cocktail sausages cut into half
  2. 1medium size onion cut into dices
  3. 6button mushroom cut into half
  4. 6 slicesJalapeno chilies
  5. 1/4 tea spoondark soy sauce
  6. 1/4 tea spoonred chilli sauce
  7. DashWorcestershire sauce
  8. Dashtabasco sauce
  9. Pinchoregano
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tea spoonchopped garlic
  12. 3 table spoonrefined vegetable oil
  13. 1 tea spoonchopped parsley for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a marinade by mixing refined vegetable oil, chopped garlic, salt, oregano, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, red chilli sauce and soy sauce

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix sausages, mushrooms, Jalapeno, onions and the marinade. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes

    Make skewers by putting one piece each of cocktail sausage, onion, mushroom and Jalapeno.

    Pan fry or grill over charcoal till the time sausages and vegetables are cooked. Sprinkle parsley and serve hot
