start by washing all the vegetables hand dry with paper towls and place into bowl for now

cut up carrots into bit size slices

cut and or tare lettuce and cabbage as you would like it to be

now add and mix the barrys of your choice while you are mixing add exactly 2oz of raspberry-italian dressing

now cut the avacados into slices not to big not to small same with the onions

now add the mixed nuts and cheese,bacon bits(opshinal) re mix this time add 1oz of ranch

now add the olives

dice the tomatos and add them in

add as many crotons as you want just no more than 1/4

add 1/2oz of ranch and now you can put as much as 1oz of each dressing if you want but then it wont be as healthy
