Ingredients

16 servings
  1. 1 largebowl
  2. 2 headof lettuce
  3. 2 headof cabbage
  4. 2 mediumboxes of barrys (blue barrys,ras barrys,straw barrys it relly dosent mater )
  5. 2onions
  6. 1/3 packagesbacken bits
  7. 1/4 canolives
  8. 2 mediumtomatoes
  9. 1/4 packagescheese ( you can use less )
  10. 6 oztwo types of dressings you can use each 6 ounces ranch and rassbary-Italian
  11. 3 mediumavacados
  12. 3 mediumcarets
  13. 1/2 canmixed nuts
  14. 1/4( bag) crotons

Steps

  1. 1

    start by washing all the vegetables hand dry with paper towls and place into bowl for now

  2. 2

    cut up carrots into bit size slices

  3. 3

    cut and or tare lettuce and cabbage as you would like it to be

  4. 4

    now add and mix the barrys of your choice while you are mixing add exactly 2oz of raspberry-italian dressing

  5. 5

    now cut the avacados into slices not to big not to small same with the onions

  6. 6

    now add the mixed nuts and cheese,bacon bits(opshinal) re mix this time add 1oz of ranch

  7. 7

    now add the olives

  8. 8

    dice the tomatos and add them in

  9. 9

    add as many crotons as you want just no more than 1/4

  10. 10

    add 1/2oz of ranch and now you can put as much as 1oz of each dressing if you want but then it wont be as healthy
