Ingredients

  1. For rasgulla
  2. 1 litter milk
  3. 1lemon / 1tbsp vinegar
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. For rabdi-:
  6. 1-1/2 ltr milk
  7. 1 tbspsugar
  8. 2sitafal ka pulp
  9. 1 tspChopped pista
  10. 1/2 tspcordamom powder

    Rasgulle ke liye:- ek pan me milk boil karein fir us me lemon juice ya venigar dal kar faad le.muslin(malmal) clouth me chhan le,thande pani ke nal ke niche 2-3 minute rahne de fir kisi bhari chiz ke nuche thodi der rakh de

    Ab chhena taiyar he,plate me nikal le or hatheli se khub masal le 1pinch sugar dale or achche se masal le

    Ab chote chote se bolls bana le

  4. 4

    Cooker me 1 cup sugar or 3 cup pani dal kar boil karein ab sab rasgulle dal kar 2 whistle le le.

    Rasgulla taiyar he ab thanda hone ke liye rakh de.

  6. 6

    Rabdi :- ek pan me milk boil hone rakh de,milk 1/4 hone tak boil karein low flame par or malai ko side me karte jaye

  7. 7

    Sugar add karein ab or thik hone par sitafal ka pulp dale or mix karein achche se

  8. 8

    Rabdi ko thanda hone ke liye rakh de

  9. 9

    Thandi hone par rasgulla ko halka sa press karein or rabdi me dal de.

  10. 10

    Cordamom powder or pista se garnish karein

  11. 11

    Sitafal ki rasmalai taiyar he thandi thandi serve karein.
