Steps

Make besan in pan and then cool down it in a round plate

Once the whole besan is cool then make pieces of it in a rectangle shape

After that take 50ml oil in a pan and put mustard seed in it

After that add buttermilk in the pan add garlic paste and boil it

After that add besan pieces into it and do add spices according to your taste.
