1/2lb. ground pork
1/3 cupfinely cut celery
1/3 cupfinely cut carrots
1/3 cupfinely cut scallions
1 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspoyster sauce
1pack egg roll wrappers
1egg
1flower and water to close rolls
1deep fry or skillet to cook

Cook beef and pork till done,drain and set aside to cool

Cut the other ingredients and mix in a bowl with the beef and pork

Add soy,oyster and egg.mix well and cover and place in fridge for 30 min.

Mix a little flower and water to a paste

Heat oil to 375 roll ingredients in wrappers use paste. To seal and cook for 6 min.
