Steps

Peel pumpkins and carrots cut into small pieces.

Put a little oil in a sufuria fry onions then add garlic.

Add pumpkins, carrots and salt to taste.

Then add a generous amount of water.

Let the food boil.take a wooden spoon and stir.when it is still warm add butter or margarine to taste.

Into a blender, blend to a smooth soup.

Serve with scones
