Firstly boiled potatoes ko cube shape mein cut karna hoga

Then ek pan me cooking oil garam karein. Oil garam hone ke baad cumin seeds Dal ke cook kijiye. Then chopped onion add karke Brown hone tak fry karein.

Then usme ginger garlic paste add karke 2 min tak medium flame pe cook karein.

Uske baad haldi powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder add karke 3-4 min cook karein.

Then usme chopped tomatoes add karke cook karein

Achhe se Masala cook hone ke baad usme boiled potatoes add karke achhe se cook karein.

Then usme gravy ke liye water add karke 4-5 min cook karein.

Then usme garam Masala aur coriander leave add karke 3-4 min cook karein.

Then your alu dum will be ready.
