Heat the pan add mango puree add sugar in to the puree. And mix well and dissolve sugar
Add cardamom powder and cook it for 10 to 25minutes. stir it constantly. - 2
3. Grease a tray with 1/2 teaspoon ghee and transfer the mango puree in tray. Spread it in thin layer.

Keep the tray out in the sun. For 1 or to days. Puree become dry. Means your Aam papad is ready. Cut in to square shape with using knife. Now your Aam papad is ready to eat.
