Ingredients

  1. 1Avocado, chopped
  2. 1/4 cupblack chana, soaked overnight (chickpeas)
  3. 1/2 cupcoloured capsicum combo, chopped
  4. 1/2small cucumber, chopped
  5. as neededchopped coriander leaves to garnish
  6. to tastesalt and pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp.lemon juice
  8. 2 tsp.olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the chana in 1 cup water till soft for 5-6 whistles. Drain and keep aside. Combine with all the veggies and toss with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Serve, garnished with coriander leaves.
