Steps

Add all ingredients in a bowl except Ghee or oil.

Add water (if required) to knead a dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Divide dough into equal size portions. Flatten it after dusting flour. Cut in desired shapes.

Heat tawa. Place parantha on it. Roast it on medium flame until golden brown from both sides.

Serve with tomato sauce, curd or green chutney.
