Steps

Soak lobia in water for 1/2 an hour. Add salt & 2 cups water in pressure cooker. Boil it in pressure cooker until 3-4 whistles on medium flame. Once cooled. Strain water. Assemble all ingredients. Carve tomatoes, radish & cucumber.

Mix all chopped veggies & lobia in a bowl.

Mix all ingredients of dressing in salad. Mix all properly. Assemble salad plate. Serve healthy salad.
