Ingredients

10-12 minutes
30 servings
  1. 8 slicesbacon, crispy cooked
  2. 1medium tomato seeded
  3. 1/2small onion (opt) or use dried/dehydrated onions
  4. 3 ozshredded Swiss cheese 3/4 cups
  5. 1/2 cupmayo
  6. 1 tspbasil
  7. 1 can (10 ounces)refrigerated flaky biscuits

10-12 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Coarsely chop bacon, tomato, and onions.

  3. 3

    Grate cheese (if you're not able to find shredded or grated cheese).

  4. 4

    Mix beacon, tomatoes, onions, grated cheese, basil and mayo and set aside.

  5. 5

    Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits.

  6. 6

    Lay each biscuit over a mini-muffin pan cup.

  7. 7

    Press into cup.

  8. 8

    Fill cups with mixture.

  9. 9

    Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
