Whisk it all together, suitable for Rochelle Salad, or ordinary tossed greens

Variant: Coleslaw. Add 2 Tb Seasoned Rice Vinegar. Replace Salt with Celery salt.

Variant: Caesar. Omit sugar. Add 1/2 tsp of Anchovy Paste or 1/4 tsp Worchestershire Sauce. Add 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese. Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Add as much garlic paste as you can handle.

Variant: Thousand Islands. Add 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce, or Tomato Ketchup. Add 1/4 cup Green Relish. add a pinch of onion powder.

Variant: Tartar Sauce. Omit sugar. Add 2 Tbsp green relish. Add 1 Tsp each of Lemon Juice and Malt Vinegar. Add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp onion powder. Let stand to meld.
