Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAl purpose flour
  2. 2bitten eggs
  3. 1lemon
  4. 1 halfcup milk
  5. 1/4 cupSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix flour, bitten eggs,sugar and stir.

  2. 2

    Squeeze the lemon on the mixture.

  3. 3

    Add milk and stir to get sticky paste. Add water to get the preferable thickness for the pancakes.

  4. 4

    Cook in a non stick pan or any pan. When ready serve with a glass of juice or a cup of tea.
