Steps
- 1
Grind the phool makhane coarsely and roast it in a tbspn of ghee
(you can either grind them after roasting or before.....not fine keep them coarse)
- now add milk to the grinded makhane and let it boil
- add sugar
- simmer till it is reduced and keep cooking till you get your desired consistency
- add the dry fruits (I have added sliced almonds)
