Steps

Peel, cut into cubes and wash yam.

Put in pot. Add water, offals, salt, grinded crayfish, minced, dry pepper, negro pepper, calabash nutmeg, and crushed cube seasoning.

Cover and allow to boil. When almost cooked. Add in your pounded or minced habanero pepper. And allow to cook. Check taste and adjust if needed. When cooked take off heat and add your scent leaves and allow to sit for 5minutes before serving.
