Cut chicken into 1 inch strips

Toss with soy sauce and oil. Set aside.

Toss sesame seeds into large skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Turn seeds out into a small plate, set aside.

Add chicken mixture to skillet, stir-fry until browned and tender (approximately 7 minutes)

Stir in lemon juice and garlic.

Place rice onto platter and arrange broccoli around rice. Place chicken over rice and sprinkle with toasted seeds.
