Roast Til on slow heat till they start spluttering and oozing out flavour.

Keep 1 tbsp of til aside.Cool large portion and ground them with almonds and elaichi.

On the other side roast mawa also on slow heat stirringly for 10 mins.Switch off the gas otherwise mawa will separate the ghee.

Now combine til mixture and mawa. Mix it with hands.Make rolls of 2".Smear them in fried til.

Serve and eat as well.H
