Sabse pehle ek kadhai me 2 tsp Oil gram karein. Usme jeera, hing, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, hari mirch, Lal mirch dal ke bhune.

Fr usme tomato ka paste add karein. Fr use tab tak bhune Jab tak masale se Oil alag na ho jaye.

Jab Oil alg ho jaye usme Aalu add karein. Or ache se mix karein. Fr usme 2 1/2 cup water add karein or pakne de thodi der.

Ab usme namak, amchur powder, gram masala, hara dhaniya daal kar ache se mix karein. apki sabji Ready hai.

3 cup aata le usme thoda sa Oil ajwain add karein. Fr pani daal ke aata gundh le.
