Ingredients

  • 2 cupWheat flour
  • 3-4 spoonsemolina
  • 2spoon. Oil for dough
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 1/4 spoonajwain (carom seed)
  • Water as kneed for dough
  • as neededOil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In big bowl add wheat flour, salt, ajwain, 2 spoon Oil, semolina and kneed a tight dough.

  2. 2

    Make a small ball and roll puri.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in medium hot oil

  4. 4

    Crispy puri is ready.
