2 cupWheat flour
3-4 spoonsemolina
2spoon. Oil for dough
to tasteSalt according
1/4 spoonajwain (carom seed)
Water as kneed for dough
as neededOil for deep fry

In big bowl add wheat flour, salt, ajwain, 2 spoon Oil, semolina and kneed a tight dough.

Make a small ball and roll puri.

Deep fry in medium hot oil

Crispy puri is ready.
