Coarsely grind green peas

Make a fine paste of onion garlic and ginger

Make a paste of tomatoes

Heat oil in to kadai

In one add grinded peas and in other onion paste

In pan fry the badi
- 7
Add this to the onion paste

Add coriander powder turmeric powder and salt in onion paste

Add tomato paste and cook the masala till it leaves oil

Fry the peas till it turns brown

Add this to the prepared masala and mix it well

Add 2 glass water and cook till all the ingredients combine properly

Off the gas and garnish it with chopped coriander

Serve it with roti and steam rice
