Ingredients

  1. 2 lbchicken, white meat
  2. 1salt, pepper, paprika
  3. 2 cancream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 tbspdry mustard
  5. 1 cupmayonnaise
  6. 1/2 cup-3/4 sherry
  7. 1 packagesyellow rice

Steps

  1. 1

    cut chicken into bite sized pieces

  2. 2

    season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika

  3. 3

    spray casserole dish with Pam, and lay chicken in it

  4. 4

    mix everything else, prepare rice separately

  5. 5

    bake at 350 for 1hr
