Steps

Soak the moong dal / lentil over night.

Then drain moong dal / lentil completely.

In a bowl add cucumber cubes,grated coconut,tomato cubes,soaked moong lentil / dal,green chilli,coriander leaves,salt and lemon juice and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan.
- 5
Add asafoetida,black mustard seeds,urad lentils / dal,curry leaves and tempered it.
