Heat oven to 350°. Spray bottom and sides of 9x13 pan with vegetable spray.

Line bottom with hash browns. Crack eggs (9-10) on top of hash browns and break yolks.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, than add half of the cheese. Pour cream over layers in the dish. Sprinkle with onions, meat (1-1 1/2 pounds), and remaining cheese.

Cover, refrigerate over night. Bake about 40 minutes. (60 with the extra ingredients).
