Ek kadai me 1 ts oil dalenge fir kati hui Shimla mirch, boiled matar, patta gobhi, kati meethi and boiled palak ko mix krenge. Isme namak aur kali mirch powder milakar mixture ko thanda hone ke liye rakh denge.

Potatoes ke mixture me palak ka mixture mix karene. Ab thoda-thoda cornflour aur cornflour powder milakar chooti-chooti tikki bana lenge.

Ab ek kadai me talne ke liye oil lenge aur in tikki ko golden brown hone tak sekenge.

Green chutney aur tomato sauce aur onion ke sath garam-garam tikki serve karenge.
