Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 2 cupSugar
  3. 3/4 cupCocoa
  4. 2 tspBaking Soda
  5. 1 tspBaking Powder
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 cupOil
  8. 1 cupBoiling Water
  9. 1 cupMilk
  10. 2Eggs (beaten)
  11. 1 tspVanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease & flour two 9-inch round pans, or one 11x7-inch pan, or one 13x9-inch pan.

  2. 2

    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Make sure water is boiling; batter will be thin.

  3. 3

    Pour into prepared pan(s) & bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean. Frost as desired.
