Black chana(chickpeas), soya chunks, oats mix it and roughly grind it in mixi

Now take out mixture in bowl and add all ingredients in mixture and mix very well to make a soft dough

Now apply little oil your hands, make small balls with the dough and give it a cylinder shape.

When 2 cups of water comes to boil in steamer pan, place the tray of kabab on it.

Cook for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes, off the flame.

Now put the kebabs in skewers

Add 1 tbsp of oil in grill pan heat in, place the kabab skewer in it.

Fry till golden brown from all sides.
