Ingredients

25 Minutes
6 Servings
  • 2large overripe bananas
  • 1/3 cuphoney
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 11/2 cupself raising flour
  • 2 tbscornflour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 tbsground cinnamon
  • Dried sultanas

Steps

25 Minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the bananas till smooth. Add oil and honey and mix them well till combined

  2. 2

    Add the egg and mix, then add the vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Sieve the flour, corn flour and the baking soda, and add it into the mixture. Add in the cinnamon and stir, then add the sultanas and mix

  4. 4

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray

  5. 5

    Fill the muffin tin with the butter dividing evenly between the 12 muffin cups cups till full

  6. 6

    Bake for 15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
