2 tbspwhite vinegar
1/2 tbsporange juice
2 clovegarlic
1avocado
2 tbspchipotle pepper in adobo
1/2 tbspguajillo pepper powder or chili powder
1 pinchcinnamon
1 lbsliced pork loin
1 pinchsalt and pepper
1 cupsalsa verde
2 slicepineapple
8tortillas
1 bunchcilantro
2lime wedges

Puree spices, onion, garlic, vinegar, orange juice.

Season pork with salt and pepper and place in bag with puree.

Marinate for 2 hours.

Mash the avocado and stir in the salsa verde.

Grill meat. Grill pineapple. Fill tortillas and season with lime.
