Heat the ghee in the pan and then put some cumin in it.

Wait until you hear cumin popping. Add garlic, ginger and red chilli peppers

Add tomatoes. cook until they become soft and mushy.

Put all the contents of pan into a grinder, add vinegar and salt. Grind the mixture to get the sauce.

Add some hot water in case you want to dilute the mixture. Eat the chutney with fresh steamed momos.
