  • 500 glargely chopped beef
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 6big potatoes
  • Deep frying oil
  • Salt
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • 1 tbsroyco

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beef till ready. Peel the potatoes and was the rice

  2. 2

    Fry the beef with 2 tomatoes, onions and salt.

  3. 3

    Deep fry the potatoes till almost crunchy

  4. 4

    Boil the rice and chop the tomatoes and onions for Kachumbari

  5. 5

    Serve happily
