1 kgchicken
3-4 tbspmalai
3-4lemon
1/2 tspGinger
3-4Garlic
1Green chillies
as needed Coriander leaves
2 pinchHing
To tasteBlack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
2 tbspOil -

Steps

Heat oil in a pan

Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.

Slightly brown then add chicken

If half done chicken add Malai, salt, and black pepper Powder.

Cover it with lid and leave it for 5 min

Stir it, if your chicken is ready then add lemon juice
7

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
