Parboil the rice and wash.boil it again and add salt.

When is almost done cut carrots and wash the green peas and put in the rice after 1minute put off the heat.

Boil the chicken with onion,salt,curry,thyme and stock cubes.

Cut the carrots,spring onion,onion,wash the green peas.

Remove the chicken from the stock.and sprinkle flour in the stock turn very well and boil for 3minutes.

Put stock cubes,salt,curry and keep aside.

Fry with vegetable oil onion,carrots,green peas,and spring onion fry all for 1minute.

Add salt to taste then pour in the vegetables in the sauce and chicken.

Stir and leave it for 1minute and the sauce is done.
