preheat oven to 350

prepare stuffing according to directions on the box

in a lager pan cook onions garlic and sausage

drain the sausage and add to stuffing

mix in cheese and melted butter

using a scoop tightly pack the mixture into cupcake pan do not grease the pan.

sprinkle bread crumbs on top

bake in oven until golden brown

allow it to cool. The stuffing will still be loose. Gently scoop each one onto a plate

I add a little pepper to mine for added kick. Also extra cheese is great.
