Ingredients

  1. 6 ozpackage Uncle Ben's Wild Rice Mixture
  2. 2 headBroccoli, cut in florets
  3. 2 canCream of Mushroom Soup
  4. 2 cupgrated cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook Rice Mixture as directed

  2. 2

    Cook broccoli, stop while still crunchy

  3. 3

    Mix soup and 1 1/2 cups cheese

  4. 4

    Butter a casserole dish

  5. 5

    Alternate soup, broccoli and rice

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese

  7. 7

    Cook at 350°F for 1 hour
