brown & crumble sausage

remove browned sausage from grease

add flour & salt & pepper to grease

watch heat - do not burn flour

brown flour , making a rue

add milk and water

whisk as Gravy thickens

add browned sausage

stir and serve over biscuits

can do the same with bacon but must let grease cool before adding flour
