Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesSauage
  2. 1/2 cupflour
  3. 1salt & pepper
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    brown & crumble sausage

  2. 2

    remove browned sausage from grease

  3. 3

    add flour & salt & pepper to grease

  4. 4

    watch heat - do not burn flour

  5. 5

    brown flour , making a rue

  6. 6

    add milk and water

  7. 7

    whisk as Gravy thickens

  8. 8

    add browned sausage

  9. 9

    stir and serve over biscuits

  10. 10

    can do the same with bacon but must let grease cool before adding flour
