  • 1 1/4 cupcooking oil
  • 3eggs
  • 2 cupgrated carrots
  • 1 cupundrained crushed pineapple
  • 3 cupflour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 1 cupnuts
  • 2 tspvanilla

Steps

    Combine sugar, oil, and eggs.

    Add carrots and pineapple

  3. 3

    Mix and stir in dry ingredients.

  4. 4

    COMBINE ALL

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 in ungreased tube pan or 2 8 inch round pans

  6. 6

    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes

  7. 7

    Frosting

  8. 8

    8 oz. cream cheese

  9. 9

    1/4 cup butter

  10. 10

    2 tbspn. vanilla

  11. 11

    3 1/2 cups powder sugar

  12. 12

    Cook until creamy
