1 cupUrad dal
1 cup Dahi
pinchHing powder
To tasteSalt
as neededOil
For filling -
1/2 cupgrated coconut
1 tbspRaisin,
1/2cupGrated ginger
1/2 cup chironji

Steps

Take dal and soaked in water for 3 hours. Then grind dal and turn thik better,add salt and hing

Make gujhia shape with filling on the cotton cloth. deep fry on the low frame and marinate with Dani for one hour.

Serve with chutney, Dani, saunth, masala and enjoy it.
