
Baked Garlic Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 200 c.

Peel and finely slice the garlic, slice the tomatoes and pick the sage leaves.

Wash and scrub the mushrooms.

Put the mushrooms into a baking tray and fill with the tomatoes, garlic and sage.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and crumble the cheese onto the mushroom caps. Return to the oven for 15 minutes or until melted.

Remove from the oven and dish up.
