Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4large Portobello mushrooms
  2. 4 clovesgarlic
  3. 350 gripe mixed-colour cherry tomatoes
  4. 40 gChedder cheese
  5. 1/2 (1 bunch)fresh sage

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 200 c.

  2. 2

    Peel and finely slice the garlic, slice the tomatoes and pick the sage leaves.

  3. 3

    Wash and scrub the mushrooms.

  4. 4

    Put the mushrooms into a baking tray and fill with the tomatoes, garlic and sage.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Bake for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Remove the tray from the oven and crumble the cheese onto the mushroom caps. Return to the oven for 15 minutes or until melted.

  8. 8

    Remove from the oven and dish up.
