    Wash the vegetables and Keep aside

  2. 2

    Dice the carrots, red onions, tomatoes, eggs and cucumbers in a straight shapes.

    Mix and add your favorite dressing. I added jalapenos spicy peppers

  4. 4

    Serve withyour main dish.
