Place broccoli in boiling hot water for 5min, drain and set

Remove the liver skin and cut into strips, rinse and pat dry using a clean cloth.

Combine the corn flour and spices, coat the liver and set aside.

Heat oil in pan and add broccoli,onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and chillis. Stir fry for 3-min. Remove and set aside.

Add more oil to pan and fry for 3min. Return the vegetables to the pan and fry for 3min.

Serve immediately with accompaniment of your choice
