  • vegetables
  • 1 largeonion
  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 1 lbstinging nettles
  • oil
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • seasoning
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 2 tsppepper

  1. 1

    blanch nettle in salted water and put in ice bath

  2. 2

    finely chop onion and garlic and sweat in olive oil

  3. 3

    add chicken stock and bring to steaming

  4. 4

    add nettles and blend
