Ingredients

  • 2 kgcarrot
  • 1 litremilk
  • 1 cupmava
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspghee
  • chopped nuts
  • kesar
  • elaichi powder
  • raisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the carrot

  2. 2

    Boil the milk in kadahi and add grated carrot

  3. 3

    Cook on medium flame till the milk absorb

  4. 4

    Add sugar at this stage

  5. 5

    Add mava,nuts and ghee when all the water is vanished

  6. 6

    Mix it for min and add illiachi powder

  7. 7

    Garnish with nuts and serve
