  • 1/2 spoon Haldi
  • According to taste Salt
  • 2-3 tsp. Desi ghee
  • Butter Optional
  • 1-2Sukhi lal mirch sabut

    Sabse pahle sarson saaf kar le

    Mote danthlo ka chilka utar dein

    Saag kaat le

  4. 4

    Dhokr boil kar le2-3whistle aane tak

  5. 5

    Thanda hone par paani nikal kar nichod kar mixi men pees le

  6. 6

    Paani daal kar thoda thoda

  7. 7

    Saag wala pani use nahi karna

  8. 8

    Adrak,mirch,mahin kaat le

  9. 9

    Makki ke aate ko 1gilas pani se ghol bana kar hadi daale aur bhari tali ke bartan mein dal kar gas par rakh pakaye

    Adrk,mirch usi mein daal de

  11. 11

    Aanch dhimi kar pakaye aur gadhaa hone par pisa saag mila de

  12. 12

    Chalate rahein aur namak add karein.gaadha hone par gas off kar dein

  13. 13

    Ghee grm kar hing jeera lahsun ka tadka banakr saag mein lagaye

  14. 14

    Serve karte samay butter dale.Makki Bajra Ragi Lal dhaan ki roti ke saath serve karein aur gud to aap dengi hi winter mein..
