Wash and chop finely radish and it's leaves

Heat oil in pan add ginger garlic paste and asafoetida and saute it for few minutes

Now add saag and salt. Keep the quantity of salt less as the saag after cooking sinks a lot

Dont close the lid and cook the saag on medium flame
- 5
When all the water is absorbed and the saag is dry off the gas and serve it hot
