Stewed fish with traditional vegetables
I made this food for my family and they enjoyed it.
Steps

Cut the fish into halves. Heat cooking oil in a cooking pot and add chopped onion to fry till translucent.

Add the tomatoes and hoho at the same time. Fry till readily mixed.

Add half cup water royco and a little salt.
- 4
Add the fish and cook for 10 mins. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 5
Add the milk to the traditional vegetables and cook for 5 mins.
- 6
Serve the food with Ugali.
