Steps

Heat one tbsp oil in a pan.

Add carrot,shimla mirch,peas,ginger garlic paste,green chilli and salt.

Stir till water absorb it.

Add boiled and mashed potato,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,,coriander leaves and bread crumbs and mix well.

Make a flat patties of medium thickness.

Coat with rice flour.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add kabab and shallow fry from both the sides.

Serve veg kabab with chilli garlic and honey sauce
