Ingredients

10 cups
  1. 8medium baking tomatoes
  2. 4medium onions
  3. 7 tbspgarlic
  4. to tasteSalt and pepper
  5. 13mini carrots (add more if you like)
  6. 5 cupschicken broth
  7. 1 tbspLemon juice (more if needed)
  8. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce (more if needed)
  9. Splenda (I used 6)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tomatoes into wedges, slices the onions, and put on a deep baking tray. Put garlic, salt, and pepper on top. Roast on 450*f for 40 mins.

  2. 2

    When it is done cooking, place all the ingredients in a blender. You may have to adjust the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce as I didn't measure it..

  3. 3

    Boil the soup for another 10 minutes and then you're done.
