  1. 10 largeegg
  2. 1/2 cuplow-fat milk
  3. 1 cuplow-fat shredded cheese
  4. 2 tbspunsalted butter
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tsppepper
  7. 1/2 cupmixed colored bell peppers
  8. 1/4 cuponion
  9. 1/2 packagesground breakfast sausage

  1. 1

    Brown sausage and drain.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  3. 3

    Mix milk, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Blend well.

  4. 4

    Melt butter and pour into preferred baking pan.

  5. 5

    Pour 1/2 egg mixture into pan.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle sausage, peppers, onions, and cheese evenly.

  7. 7

    Pour remaining egg mixture evenly.

  8. 8

    Bake 15-20 mins or till set.
